11/6/08 Finshed laying the floor! Wahoo. all blocks laid, and cut. Very pleased with it.
Contrete blocks are where internal walls are going to be built, that havn't got footings under
the thermalite floorblocks so we decided to replace them with concrete blocks, just for our piece of mind
Weekending 20/6/08. Lost count of what happened when, but we're now up to 20th June..
Started spreading out the wall blocks, stacking them where they are in reach for building
and needed to clear the drive for more stuff...
Drains round back of house dug and lied, Waste and storm.
Connected up to existing pipework.
We have to leave the rest of the storm drain and soakaway for now, as it is in the back
garden, but Building inspector passed all the waste, and we can fill it all in and get
to start building the walls.
Ground filled in, boards down to make life easy and facing bricks spread out ready.
End of day we have a wall!
